Transactional Emails
I've proofread and edited too many transactional emails to count. These type of emails range from when the customer's vehicle is built to when it's ready to be shipped and all the paths in between.
I recently edited the entire suite of Ford's transactional emails (about 13) to provide a more conversational yet straightforward tone. Here's a small sample of the transactional emails I've written.
Private Offer Direct Mail/Email
Private Offer Direct Mail is quarterly program that offers a variety of discounts to encourage Ford customers to visit the lot to upgrade/replace their vehicle. The most recent campaign focused on the new online option for ordering.
